  • To manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers,   newsletters, e-newsletters, etc.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and generate leads for products and services.
  • To assist the Marketing Manager in organizing the public relation events such as launchings, opening of branches and ceremonies, press conferences, seminars, health talks, etc.
  • Prepare sales support materials and arrange distribution of marketing materials.
  • Involve in writing and proof-reading copies; liaising with designers and printers.
  • To organize and prepare company’s annual photo shoots.
  • To develop strategic relations with business partners to secure sponsorships to assist in the funding of marketing projects.



  • Possess Diploma/Bachelor’sDegree in Marketing or Mass Communication.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience gained in previous marketing role/s.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustration and MS Office.
  • Creative presentation and copywriting.
  • Capable of managing and maintaining campaign websites and social media like Twitter and Facebook.
  • The successful applicant must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 



Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote the personal training programme and record members’ information.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and consultations.
  • Develop personalized fitness programs which cater for all members both teenage and adults.
  • Provide members with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control, lifestyle issue and health and wellness education.
  • Monitor members' progress and adapt programs as needed.


Job Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma/College Degree in sports science, health & fitness, physiotherapy or related field.
  • With or without experience as Fitness Instructor.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • The candidate must be seeking full time work and be flexible with work hours and accommodating to
  • a rotating roster and must be able to work alone or in a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with members of all ages, management, and other staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the club in the absence of the Club Manager.
  • Lead and supervises a team of telemarketers and personal trainers.
  • Stay in touch with the sales department to ensure that the sales team goals match with the overall sales goals.
  • Monitor sales and prepare reports on sale achievements as against target sales.
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide superior customer services to our members and prospects.
  • Receive and resolve complaints from club members, guests and employees.


Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Accounting/Finance and/or equivalent combination of   education and experience.
  • Possess some past working experience in telemarketing.
  • Possess a certificate in Personal Fitness Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor is an added advantage.
  • Proven customer service skills, sales experience and leadership ability.
  • Professional appearance, energetic, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry.




Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist members in their requirements during their stay in the club.
  • Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of members daily.
  • Answer phone and handle the members and guest enquiries regarding the company’s products and services professionally.
  • Diligently follow up and fulfill promises made to members and be able to diplomatically manage confrontation.
  • Maintain good customer relationships with members and be able to establish oneself in a Professional, Ethical and Respectful manner at all times.
  • Must be willing to learn and promote renewal of membership to our members.


Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a SPM or Certificate or Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Possess positive work attitude, pleasant appearance and reliable.
  • Must be willing to work on shifts including weekends and holidays.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Club Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate with 1 – 2 years of working experience in sales are encouraged to apply
  • Must be a self-starter, with interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
